Construction & Holding Sector Specialist · 25+ Years' Experience · Former CHRO, Yapı Merkezi
He brings over 25 years of HR leadership experience across the construction, holding and services sectors. Between 2014 and 2022 he served as CHRO of Yapı Merkezi Holding, leading a 70-person HR team and designing the workforce architecture for major domestic and international infrastructure projects.
Previously he was HR Vice President at Kibar Holding and Altınbaş Holding, and held senior HR roles at organisations including Coca-Cola Turkmenistan, Metro Cash & Carry Türkiye, Hilton Istanbul and Bossa Tekstil (Sabancı Group).
Muhittin Onbaş
Founding Partner · Managing Partner
Banking & Finance Sector Specialist · 25+ Years' Experience · 22 Years at Yapı Kredi
Over a career of more than 22 years at Yapı Kredi, he held roles across recruitment, career management and personnel affairs, as well as HR Manager at Yapı Kredi Leasing and Training Applications Manager at the Banking Academy, and led the HR integration project between Yapı Kredi Leasing and Koç Leasing.
He then joined Yapı Merkezi Holding as HR Manager, adding construction sector expertise to his financial services background. This dual-sector experience is a combination few HR professionals in Türkiye possess.
